Agronomy Accounting Support – Fort Dodge, IA

Location:         Fort Dodge

Classification: Full – Time

Description:    Manage invoices, monthly P/L’s, cost analysis, BOL’s, and other products of agronomy in a manner that will optimize the department’s efficiency and support the overall goals and business plan of NEW Cooperative.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Include but not limited to the following:

       Accounting/Clerical

  • Agronomy invoice/BOL flow to assist where needed
  • Ordering and inventory process to assist where needed
  • Monthly P/L summaries
    • Company
    • Custom application equipment
    • Individual
  • Tracking equipment info including farmer pulled equipment

       Support

  • Assist the Agronomy department as needed
  • Assist in generating Agronomy reports as needed
  • Support NEW’s Agronomy company needs and goals

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proven accounting experience or equivalent Associate’s Degree in Accounting
  • Extensive skills in Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality
