NEW Cooperative Donates to the Bode Fire Department and EMS
Bode, IA- The NEW Cooperative Foundation is pleased to present a donation to the Bode Fire Department and EMS. The Bode Fire Department and EMS protect and enhance the safety and well-being of those in their community. The Bode Fire Department will be using the funds to purchase a new aluminum porta tank and holder to go along with the new stainless steel tank. Bryce Jenson, Lieutenant said, “The beneﬁt to the new aluminum porta tank and rack will decrease our set up time and require less ﬁreman to set up which in return makes us more eﬃcient at rural ﬁre calls.”
On Monday, June 29, 2020 Gary Moritz, NEW Cooperative Communications Director representing the NEW Cooperative Foundation along with the Land O’ Lakes presented a check to members of the Bode Fire Department and EMS in the total amount of $5,000.
