Manages the overall operations in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.

• Good operational skills and background
• Understand the seasonality of the farm supply business and the in - season time commitment

• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Class B CDL with all required endorsements
• Acceptable driving record
• Proper licensing as required by all federal and state regulatory agencies
